PREVIEW: THREE-DAY TRAINING ON CONTENT MARKETING IN PODGORICA
The Association of Youth with Disabilities of Montenegro (AYDM) in cooperation with the Municipality of Kotor and the company MAMM DOO from Nikšić, will organize the final of three training sessions in the field of digital marketing on the topic of Content Marketing, from December 18 to 20, 2024, at the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro in Podgorica.
The training is intended for persons with physical disabilities and aims to enhance their digital skills and competencies, making them more competitive and visible in the labor market, primarily on remote work platforms, but also more broadly.
Digital marketing has been chosen as the primary focus for the training for several key reasons. First, there has been a significant increase in demand for jobs in this field on remote work platforms, opening up many opportunities for working from home or any location. This growth in demand is a result of the increasing importance of digital presence for companies of all sizes, a trend that was further emphasized during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition, digital marketing offers a wide range of jobs that are accessible to people with physical disabilities. These jobs can be performed using the technology available to them, allowing them to participate equally in the job market. Thanks to accessibility tools and flexible work arrangements, individuals with disabilities can leverage their skills in areas such as social media management, SEO optimization, content creation, data analytics, and much more.
Therefore, this training will present an exceptional opportunity for people with physical disabilities to empower themselves, enabling them to acquire in-demand skills and increase their chances of employment in a dynamic and growing sector.
The activity is part of the project Digital Marketing Capacity Building – Empowering Persons with Physical Disabilities for Remote Work – DI-MARC, implemented by the AYDM, in collaboration with the lead partner, the Institute of Economic Sciences from Belgrade, and partners make institutions and non-governmental organizations from Serbia, Croatia, and Montenegro, with financial support from the European Commission as well as with co-financing from the former Ministry of Public Administration, the current Ministry of Regional-Investment Development and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations.
