According the Statute of AYDM managing structures are:

• Assembly – Assembly is the supreme body of the Association,
• Executive Director

The Executive Director is leading the management team which is consisted by:

• Program Manager,
• Financial Manager,
• Office Manager,
• Assistant of Financial Manager,
• Tehnical assistant and
• Driver
